Character selection runs on the native GTA police line-up scaleform with a rotating ped preview, a look no flat NUI menu replicates.

It handles character slots, creation, selection, and deletion on top of your framework's identity and skin systems, filling the same role as resources like esx_multicharacter or qb-multicharacter.
Install the resource, ensure it in server.cfg after your framework, and select ESX or QBCore plus your skin manager in the config. Then set your slot count and spawn options and restart the server.
