All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a script or subscription has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to review the product description, features, and documentation carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions, reach out to us via Discord before buying.
Support for Issues
If you experience a technical issue with a script, our team is here to help:
- Join our Discord server
- Open a support ticket in the #support channel
- Provide your Tebex transaction ID and describe the issue
- Our team will assist you within 24 hours
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
To cancel, manage your subscription through your Tebex account or contact us via our support channels.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a script is fundamentally broken and our team cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processor
All purchases are processed by Tebex Limited. Refunds, when applicable, are handled in accordance with Tebex's policies. For more details, see the Tebex Terms of Service.
