1. Agreement

By accessing or using var-fivem.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products & Licensing

All scripts sold on Var FiveM are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on one FiveM server tied to your Tebex/Cfx.re license key.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased scripts. Violation of licensing terms may result in revocation of access.

3. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Tebex. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through Tebex. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Updates & Support

All purchases include lifetime free updates for the purchased script version. Support is provided via our Discord server during standard operating hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

Var FiveM is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or server issues arising from the use of our scripts. Scripts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Payment Processor

All transactions are processed by Tebex Limited. By making a purchase, you also agree to the Tebex Terms of Service.
