StandaloneNEURun your own supermarket in FiveM: build the interior with an in-game 3D editor, order and shelve stock, set your prices, and serve living NPC customers at a real scanning checkout. Staff, payroll, loans, shoplifting, licenses and progression. Works with any mapping. ESX, QBCore, Standalone.
Players buy and run their own store: funds, retail prices, stock, staff and layout all persist per store and reload after every restart. Admins can create an unlimited number of stores anywhere on the map.
No hardcoded locations. Stores are created in-game with a step-by-step admin wizard that captures the store zone, management PC, supplier, customer spawns, delivery point and back room. Ships with a ready-to-use supermarket interior and custom props.
Place shelves, fridges, registers and decor with a gizmo editor: grid snapping, 15-degree rotation steps, collision checks and 143 buyable props across 24 categories. No external map editor needed.
Customers spawn, browse the shelves, queue at the register and pay by cash or card. They have moods, voice lines and impatience based on waiting time, with 3 configurable traffic rhythms (calm, normal, rush).
Scan items by hand on a live DUI register screen, count back exact change and earn a Perfect Scan bonus. Cash or card payments, with an employee discount when staff runs the register.
Unlock an automatic self-checkout or hire an NPC cashier with a daily wage. A register bell pings online employees when the queue builds up.
Some NPCs try to steal: spot them, chase them and tackle them with a full animation, or invest in 5 security levels to cut theft probability. Security cameras give a live CCTV view from the management PC.
Order cartons from a wholesale supplier, then run manual delivery missions (load the van, drive, unload) or unlock auto delivery via the garage. Products physically appear on your shelves, item by item.
92 sellable goods across 7 categories (drinks, food, fresh produce, bakery, sweets, hygiene, grocery), gated behind 9 unlockable product licenses. Real players receive real inventory items, with ox_inventory, ESX and QBCore install files included.
Restock costs drift on a 15-minute market cycle between a floor and a ceiling, so owners buy low and price smart. Every retail price is set per item by the owner.
Hire real players with auto-created framework jobs and grades, around 30 granular permissions (pricing, orders, finances, layout and more), real payroll cycles and late-payment penalties.
3 loan plans with installments, store cleanliness that decays with traffic and affects sales (sweep the dirt with a broom), plus 6 progression levels that raise your maximum customer count.
Two garage tiers with a walk-up camera UI and a vehicle catalog for your delivery fleet. Tier 1 unlocks automatic delivery for your stock orders.
ESX, QBCore or Standalone via a single config toggle, React NUI, EN/FR/ES locales, JSON persistence with automatic backups (no custom SQL tables), and a full admin panel to manage every store.

Yes. The script is built to work with any mapping: nothing is hardcoded, stores are created in-game with the admin wizard (store zone, management PC, supplier, customer spawns, delivery point, back room). Your mapper will need to make a few edits to fit the interior to the script, and several mappers have already adapted their maps for it.
Use the in-game admin panel and its store wizard: capture the store zone, place the management PC, supplier, customer spawn points, delivery point and back-room entrance. You can create an unlimited number of stores anywhere on the map, no pre-configured locations required.
They spawn, browse the shelves, pick items from your real stock, queue at the register and pay by cash or card. They have moods, voice lines and impatience based on waiting time, and some will try to shoplift, you can chase and tackle them or invest in security levels.

ESX, QBCore and Standalone, selected with a single toggle in the shared config. Money, jobs and identifiers go through a framework layer, and the store job with its grades is created automatically for ESX and QBCore.
oxmysql and the included var_supermarket_stream resource (custom shelves, fridges, register screen and the supermarket interior). Optional prop packs are auto-detected and extend the product catalog when present, and Var-Interact is supported for 3D interaction hints.
Three versions are available: Escrow (protected, config and framework files open), Partially Open (editable source) and Open Source (the complete source code). Pick the tier that matches how much you want to customize.
